Warranty / Shipping / Returns


Holsters have a warranty for a period of one year from date of purchase. Failures due to defects in materials or construction will be repaired or replaced at the manufacturer’s discretion throughout the warranty period. The warranty is void in the case of any modification, alteration or abuse of the product by the customer. Each holster is made and shipped by one person, for accountability and quality control. Each holster is shipped in perfect condition.

This warranty is not applicable to custom items or shipping charges.

Kydex clips and mounts have a warranty for 90 days (3 months). If you experience a clip or mount failure within this specified time, contact us immediately for a replacement.

Leather is a natural product with unique characteristics that differ from hide to hide. Due to these differences, shade and color variations are to be expected. It is also possible to see mosquito bites, scratches and stretch marks. This is not a fault or flaw in the leather, only a guarantee that the manufacturer uses genuine natural top-grain leather to make all holsters.

Returns Policy

Custom made items such as holsters and belts are generally not returnable but, we'll pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


We currently only ship within the United States.


Missing Packages

Once USPS has confirmed delivery of your package, we are no longer liable or responsible for it. We are not responsible for the personal security of your front door or mailbox. If you are missing a package after delivery was confirmed, contact your local postman or post office. If you believe theft was involved, contact your local law enforcement agency.
